Next Hotel Melbourne can provide resident guests with two parking options:

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available for resident guests at a cost of $65 per night.  Our team will be pleased to assist you on arrival.

Off Site Self-Parking

Off-site self-parking is available (located First Parking (34-60 Lt Collins St, enter from Mcilwraith Place which is one block away) at a cost of $40 per night Monday to Friday and $20 per night Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.

Please feel free to drop your bags at the hotel prior to parking.  Upon entry at First Parking please take a ticket from the machine and bring it to hotel reception on check in.  Our team will validate the ticket for you.  Please retain your ticket for the duration of your stay.

Once validated you will be able to enter and exit the parking lot without extra charge.  The parking lot works off registration plate recognition technology so the boom gates will automatically open for you.  Should this not automatically occur, please use your parking ticket to enter/exit the lot.  If there are any issues you may use the intercom to speak with security (please advise them that you are a guest of the Next Hotel).

Please note:  All our parking facilities have a strict height limit of 1.95 meters.  Over height vehicles and trailers unfortunately cannot be accommodated. Rates are subject to change.
