This June, La Madonna invites you to explore the wild, botanical beauty of Australia—one sip at a time—with Gindu Gin, an award-winning distillery from the Macedon Ranges.
Aside from juniper, every botanical used in Gindu’s gins is native to Australia, capturing the essence of our sunburnt landscapes and fresh alpine air.
Throughout the month, indulge in a bespoke cocktail menu crafted by Romain Le Quilleuc, inspired by Gindu’s distinct flavour profiles—think lemon myrtle, native pepperberry, and saltbush reimagined in elevated serves.
The highlight? A founder-led tasting experience in our intimate Barrel Room on Saturday 7 June – between 4pm & 7pm. Hosted by Gindu co-founder Matt Grainger, this guided 30-minute session includes a Gin on arrival, 3–4 gin tastings, a welcome and introduction to gin and Gindu’s distillation philosophy and notes on key botanicals, and cocktail inspiration.
