Take your seat in The Barrel Room – where the magic happens barrel ageing our collection of spirits, cocktails and tinctures – to witness our weekly decanting of a 20L oak barrel of Negroni that’s been quietly maturing and destined for our drinks list.
Following the spectacle, you’ll be the first to savour the freshly decanted cocktail before finding your own spot within
La Madonna’s restaurant for our chef’s hatted ‘Mangiare’ menu.
Enjoy Danny and Adrian’s latest seasonal favourites, starting with snacks, moving onto pasta,
something more substantial and then dessert.
Spots are limited to just 10 lucky guests each Thursday night
6.00pm for decanting, followed by dinner.
