Enjoy a glass of Charles Collin Champagne, with its immediate citrus driven nose of lemon and orange zest with the pinot noir shining through at first sip, then flooding the mouth with with it notes of white peach, red apple, pear and brioche.
Your champagne is coupled with freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters.
